The Value Audit™ · $1,000
Your Work Created Value. The Question Is Whether You Can Prove It.
The Value Audit™ is a researched, individually produced valuation of your documented portfolio: what you built, what it was worth, and the evidence and method behind the number.
The problem, stated plainly
Filed under “part of the job.”
You have built revenue, prevented losses, retained clients, designed systems, and secured relationships. Much of it was recorded nowhere, credited elsewhere, or filed under “part of the job.”
So when the consequential conversation arrives, the conversation about compensation, pricing, scope, a proposal, ownership, or a transition, you enter it with a title, a benchmark from a salary website, and a memory. None of those can answer the only question that matters in that room: How did you arrive at that number?
The Value Audit™ exists so you can answer it.
What the audit establishes
The discipline runs in both directions.
- What you can credibly claim now, supported by your documented record.
- What needs stronger documentation before you use it in a high-stakes conversation.
- What is an estimate, labeled as an estimate, with its logic shown.
- What was yours, separated from what belonged to the team, the employer, or the client.
You do not have to exaggerate your work to recognize its value. The Audit will not inflate your record, and it will not allow your record to be minimized by vagueness.
Deliverables
What arrives in your file.
- Executive Valuation Summary
The headline financial value of your documented portfolio, set against your current compensation or pricing context, with the primary gap between them stated directly. This is the section you read first and the one you will return to before the conversation itself.
- Evidence Portfolio™
The documented wins behind the valuation, organized and classified: what the situation was, what you contributed, what resulted, who benefited, and what record supports it. Organized so a reader can follow it without you in the room.
- Replacement Cost Analysis™
What the market and replacement context show. What it would cost to replace the function you perform, sourced and stated, so the valuation is not resting on your own account of it alone.
- Invoice Number™
The range of documented financial impact across your portfolio, calculated from your confirmed record, with the calculation shown rather than asserted. A range, because an honest figure has boundaries.
- Revenue Diagnosis™
The financial, attribution, and revenue findings the Audit identifies: where value was created, where it was captured by someone else, and where the record is too thin to claim it yet.
- Appendix
Data gaps, assumptions, and full methodology transparency. Every limit the Audit operates under, printed. A valuation that hides its limits is not one you can defend.
Plus, with every Audit: the Private Audit Briefing™, a recorded personal walkthrough of your completed file; How to Read Your Value Audit™, an orientation to every section; and Private Resources, the Win Evidence Recovery Kit™, Value Vault Maintenance Protocol™, and Financial Conversation Readiness Checklist™, included at no additional charge.

On your information: Your Value Vault is confidential. The information and documents you provide are collected solely to prepare your Value Audit™. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your portfolio, compensation details, or materials for marketing, testimonials, research, or model training without your separate written permission. Full terms are stated before you provide anything.
What this audit is not
A diagnosis, not a script.
The Value Audit™ does not tell you what to ask for, negotiate on your behalf, or guarantee an external outcome. It establishes what your record proves. What you do with that record is the next decision, and for clients whose next decision warrants it, a private implementation engagement exists. Private client engagements
The Evidence Integrity Guarantee™
Your Value Audit™ will be grounded in your confirmed intake, your documented portfolio, and clearly identified assumptions. If you identify a factual error, an incorrect attribution, or information that does not accurately reflect the record you provided, notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once the correction is confirmed, we will revise and reissue the affected portion of your Audit at no additional charge.
This guarantee applies to the accuracy and integrity of the Audit. It does not guarantee a raise, promotion, contract, revenue outcome, or any decision made by a third party. No honest firm can promise you someone else’s answer. We promise you the strength of your own record.
Current Value Audit™ Docket
To protect the research, validation, and confidentiality standard behind every Value Audit™, we open a limited number of new Audit files each month. If your conversation is already on the calendar, the evidence work needs to begin before it matters. Production begins once your intake, available records, and agreement are complete.
The close
Is the Value Audit™ worth it?
That is the right question. The Value Audit™ is worth it when you have a consequential financial conversation ahead of you and you do not yet have a clear, defensible valuation of your documented portfolio. If walking into that conversation with organized evidence, stated assumptions, and a method you can explain would change how you prepare or what you are able to ask for, then it is worth considering.
The first question is simpler: What financial decision do you need to be ready for?
