How Value Audit™ client information is used
Last updated August 27, 2026.
Your Value Vault is confidential.
We collect the information, records, and links you provide solely to provide Value Vault Starter™, prepare your Value Audit™, and deliver related client materials. This may include professional background, compensation or rate context, descriptions of work, documented wins, attribution details, financial context, and supporting-evidence source trails.
Purchases and service providers
Payment information is processed by Stripe. Starter workbook responses, engagement acknowledgments, and intake responses are collected through our website form service. Black Women’s Wealth Lab® uses service providers only as needed to host, store, process, communicate about, and deliver the service you purchased. We limit access to the Black Women’s Wealth Lab® personnel and service providers who need the information to provide that service.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not use your portfolio, compensation details, or supporting materials for marketing, testimonials, case studies, research, or AI-model training without your separate written permission.
Your consent and choices
Before submitting the Value Vault Starter™ workbook or Value Vault intake, you will be asked to affirmatively consent to the service use of the information you provide. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to purchase or receive the service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Retention and sensitive information
We retain client records for up to three years unless a longer period is required for legitimate legal, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes. Do not submit account passwords, Social Security numbers, bank-account numbers, or legally privileged materials through the website forms.
