Close the pay gap for 100,000 Black women by 2030.

The mission sets the scale. The research agenda asks what makes an individual’s economic contribution legible, to whom, and at which financial decisions, and what evidence must exist before those decisions are made. BWWL® is organizing its inquiry around those questions so the problem can be examined beyond any single negotiation, role, or client.
