Black Women’s Wealth Lab® applies it to something those institutions have never valued properly: the documented work of Black women. The revenue generated and protected. The costs avoided. The systems built. The relationships secured. The risk prevented. Work that has too often been absorbed into “the team,” remembered vaguely, and compensated generically.

The Lab exists to give that work what any serious asset receives: an organized record, a researched valuation, stated assumptions, and evidence that does not depend on anyone else’s memory.
