The decision
A proposal, a renewal, a retainer, a scope change, or a request to use or license your work. One decision with a buyer or client on the other side.
The date
The day you need to be ready: the proposal deadline, the renewal notice, the response the client is waiting for.
What you have
The records you already hold: the agreement, the scope, results the client acknowledged, your current rate. Unfinished is fine. Finding what is missing is the point.
What the Review does
You leave knowing what your preparation is missing.
Inside the Review
- We review the decision, its date, and the evidence you bring.
- We identify the gaps in your preparation for that decision.
- The diagnosis is yours to use, whether or not you continue to the Decision Desk™.
Outside the Review
- A recommended rate or fee.
- A completed valuation or a documented decision position.
- Consulting deliverables, or any promise about what the buyer will decide.
You remain the decision-maker and negotiator. Internal raises, annual reviews, promotions, and negotiations with your own employer are outside the scope of this Review, and so are offers from a new employer and counteroffers.
