Assumptions used: base, number of reorgs, per-reorg scope percentage, years, and reflected share. The cumulative figure assumes the reorgs were spaced evenly across the period, so a later reorg counts for fewer years than the first. Count each added responsibility under one reorg only. This is a modeled scope gap. It is not an amount owed to you.
