All sales are final. There are no refunds, credits or exchanges, except where a written guarantee on the product’s own page says otherwise. If a guarantee applies, its terms below are the only way to a refund.

The workshop: How to Answer “What’s Your Rate?” Without Discounting Yourself, Even If You Don’t Have a Number Yet

This workshop carries two guarantees. They are the only conditions for a refund.

1. The room. Attend live and do the work. If you leave without your decision, your words and your evidence gap written down, email me within 24 hours of your session’s end and I’ll refund your $97.
2. The audit. Submit your win by Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, inside the first 10 submissions across both sessions. If your audit isn’t in your inbox before your session starts, I’ll refund your $97 and you keep your seat.

What is not refundable:

• Missing the live session. The 7-day replay is yours instead.
• Missing the Win Audit™ deadline, or submitting after the first 10.
• The Four-Second Number™, whether you bought it for $47 or received it as a registration bonus.
• The Win Finder and the workbook.

Everything else

Every other Black Women’s Wealth Lab® product and service is all sales final unless its own page states a guarantee.

How to request a refund under a guarantee

Email cynthia@blackwomenswealthlab.com with the subject line “Workshop refund” inside the window above. Include the name and email you registered with. No form and no interview. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and I process them within 5 business days. Your bank’s posting time may add a few days.
